Dynamic Regeneration

• Seed coats require a tremendous amount of agitation to break open and germinate. This is also true of the seeds of wisdom we carry within us. The agitation comes from the tension between our personal uniqueness and our amazing diversity and interdependence. When we agitate our consciousness we participate in regenerating ourselves. We participate in creation. The keys for tapping into this regenerative power are:

The acronym REMS also stands for rapid eye movements, the stage of sleep associated with dreams. Regeneration comes from dreams, where the energy from a sense of possibility is stronger than the fear of the unknown.

• Practice for Living, Living Practice is a continuing collaboration between Kaylynn Sullivan TwoTrees and the earth. The Practice rests on the foundation of earth wisdom traditions, extending and coalescing perspectives and experiences to continually create a process for dynamic regeneration.

• Kaylynn Sullivan TwoTrees continues to create, teach and engage with the earth on the foundation of Seven Directions Practice® which she developed over the last 25 years with the nourishment, support and guidance of indigenous elders and Earth/Mystery wisdom traditions.
